Hanna K. Morrill

Hanna Morrill is a film producer, photographer, and director. Her perspective is informed by time spent as a human rights lawyer and in communications. Finest Kind Productions was formed in 2023 to allow her to spend time researching and telling impactful stories that explore humanity, the environment, and our changing world.

Hanna most recently worked as the Associate Producer on Beatles '64, directed by David Tedeschi and produced by Martin Scorsese, Margaret Bodde, et al. (Disney+, Nov. 2024.)

Prior to this she co-produced A Boston (R)Evolution, a film exploring the evolution of a city with a complicated past through the lens of its historic 2021 mayoral race. The film was directed by Daphne McWilliams and executive produced by  Sam Pollard and Uzo Aduba. (PBS, August 2024.) 

Hanna's work includes an episode with ARTE focusing on climate-driven changes off the coast of Maine and five years of producing an award-winning mini-series for a global technology company's internal education program.

Hanna has a law degree from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from Macalester College. She has participated in workshops with New York's International Center of Photography and Maine Media with a focus on documentary storytelling. She currently resides in Southern Maine.
